Risk Disclosure
Last updated: 11 September 2026
Please read this disclosure carefully before using Cubrik.
Cubrik is not a financial adviser
Cubrik is automation software that executes, on your third-party accounts, actions determined by artificial intelligence models that you configure. Next Step L.L.C-FZ provides no investment advice, no personalised recommendation, and is neither a broker, nor a manager, nor a regulated institution. No information provided by the Service or by an agent should be construed as advice.
Risk of capital loss
Financial instruments, and leveraged products in particular (contracts for difference, perpetual contracts, margin), carry a high risk of rapid loss, which on some platforms may exceed the capital committed. You may lose the entirety of the funds allocated. Only commit amounts whose loss would not affect your financial situation.
Limitations of artificial intelligence
AI models produce probabilistic analyses. They may be wrong, hallucinate information, misinterpret your instructions or react unpredictably to unusual market conditions. The reasoning displayed reflects the model's "process", not a guarantee of relevance.
Limitations of safeguards
The execution limits you configure (risk per action, daily loss cap, time windows) are enforced by software. They may fail or be exceeded in the event of: third-party service unavailability or latency, market gaps, forced liquidation, API errors, or a technical incident at Cubrik. Always retain the ability to intervene directly from your platform.
Past performance
Past results, whether shown on the Site, in the application or in your history, are not indicative of future results. Examples displayed on the Site are illustrative.
Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for configuring your agents, supervising their activity, choosing the connected platforms and complying with the laws of your country, including tax law. You must understand how the products you trade work before automating anything.
Jurisdictions
Access to certain third-party services or the use of certain financial products may be prohibited or regulated in your country. It is your responsibility to check.
If in doubt, consult an independent, licensed financial adviser.
