Refund Policy

Free trial

A free Demo plan, with no card required, lets you test the Service without time limit on a demo account. We encourage you to use it before subscribing to a paid plan.

EU / UK consumers

If you reside in the European Union or the United Kingdom and subscribe as a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of subscription. To exercise it, e-mail support@cubrik.ai from your account address. If you activated an agent on a live account before the end of this period, you expressly requested immediate performance of the Service and the right of withdrawal no longer applies to the period already started; subsequent periods not yet started remain refundable.

Other cases

Subscriptions are commitment-free and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, without pro-rata refund, except:

• Service unavailability attributable to Cubrik exceeding 72 consecutive hours within a billing period (pro-rata refund on request);
• duplicate charge or billing error (full refund of the error);
• charge made after a confirmed cancellation.

Losses or gains resulting from actions executed by your agents give rise to no refund or compensation.

Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
